TalentEducators’ Teachers Fellowship and Residency

The TalentEducators’ Teachers Fellowship and Residency is a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to get real-time experience in the field of Jewish education.
Fellows who finish our program are committed to excellence and have the skills and talent needed to confidently lead in the Judaic studies classroom.

During your residency, you’ll learn from top professionals in the field with personalized learning modules. You will receive hands-on training to jumpstart your teaching career plus a generous stipend during your fellowship year.

Must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited university
(in any field)

Passionate about Jewish education

Engaged in Jewish Life

Interested in teaching in a K-12 classroom in the areas of Judaics or Limudei Kodesh
(i.e. Tanakh, Chumash, Navi, Jewish History, Mishna)

Growth-minded

Excited to learn and look for opportunities to grow

Professional

Take commitments seriously- are punctual and professional

Committed

Are able to commit to 4-5 days of residency and 1-2 evenings a week of classes for one full school year
(August 2024-June 2025)
Bonus: Able to speak/read/write Hebrew is a plus

    Working alongside a master educator, you will receive over 800 hours of hands-on experience and observation in the classroom.

    You’ll get the unique opportunity to earn while you learn. Fellowship participants receive a generous stipend and all coursework is fully funded. Your yearlong coursework will not only provide high level content and access to professors and scholars in the field of Jewish education, you will also earn graduate credit that can be used towards future studies.
    You’ll take courses designed to prepare you to lead a classroom. Learning modules will teach you how to build community within a classroom, effectively lesson plan, build parent communication, and much more.
