For Employers
TalentEducators is responding to a prevalent Jewish education challenge of recruiting Jewish educators who are able to teach Hebrew, Jewish History, Israel education, or classic Judaic studies.
This is where we come in!
We want to help, both for the long-term sustainability of educational institutions, and to ensure that your institution is primed for success.
We search for talented Jewish educators via multiple global communication channels.
2,400+ candidates have applied to the fellowship. All undergo a diligent vetting process, and a fraction are accepted.
When working with TalentEducators, we will:
Invest time in getting to know you and your institution
so that we can create a clear profile of the ideal candidate.
Tap into our dynamic database for qualified candidates who fit your needs.
Send you appropriate candidates for your available positions
and discuss next steps.
If you hire any of the candidates we refer to you, we will create an individualized professional development plan including:
Relevant coursework that may include MA programs, summer intensives, or one-day workshops.
Equip each educator with a professional mentor to provide weekly support.
Invite each educator to join a cohort that will be a safe zone to share, learn, and grow.
Thanks to the incredible generosity and partnership of the State of Israel’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the Jewish Agency for Israel there is no cost to you or the educator.
What WE need from YOU!
It’s simple…
– We do not pay the educator’s salary.
– We sponsor professional development and mentorship for successful matches.
– Recruiting Israeli shlichim is not part of the TalentEducators program.
