If you are accepted as a Fellow, TalentEducators will:

Connect you with institutions and positions that fit you

Help you hone your CV and prepare for interviews

Negotiate job offers to optimize compensation.

Yield direct access to the educational institution during the process.

If you are hired through TalentEducators, you will:

Receive special training/professional development that is tailored to your needs

Work with a mentor for a full year to support you in your journey as a Jewish educator.

Be invited to join a cohort of like-minded peers who meet monthly to share best practices ina safe zone of support

Receive access to relevant workshops, bootcamps, and fellowships grow.

Thanks to the incredible generosity and partnership of the State of Israel’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the Jewish Agency for Israel, there is no cost to you or your employer.

Please note, Talent Educators will not:
